Inspector Labor. Provides for the USWC qualified personnel necessary when Teligent requires access to the Point of Interconnection after the initial installation or access to its physical collocation floor space, where an escort is required. A call-out of an inspector after business hours is subject to a minimum charge of four hours. The minimum call-out charge shall apply when no other employee is present in the location, and an ‘off-shift’ USWC employee (or contract employee) is required to go ‘on-shift’ on behalf of Teligent.
