Inspector’s Reports. Certificates of quality and quantity countersigned by the Independent Inspector shall be final and binding on both Parties, absent manifest error or fraud. Coffeyville shall instruct the Independent Inspector to retain samples of Crude Oil for a period of ninety (90) days from and after the date of each measurement.
