Installation and Commissioning Services. 3.1 In consideration of payment of the Installation and Commissioning Fees, CTE shall perform the Installation and Commissioning Services on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

Installation and Commissioning Services. The Goods shall be installed and commissioned at the relevant Premises and Locations by the Supplier as set out in the Specification and Tender Response Document or as otherwise agreed by the Authority in writing. The Supplier shall provide the Installation and Commissioning Services: promptly and in any event within any time limits as may be set out in this Contract; in accordance with all other provisions of this Contract; using reasonable skill and care; in accordance with any quality assurance standards as set out in the Contract; in accordance with the Law and with Guidance; in accordance with Good Industry Practice; in accordance with the original manufacture’s guidelines and recommendations relating to the Goods being installed and commissioned; in accordance with the Policies; in a professional and courteous manner; and using appropriately skilled, trained and experienced Staff. The Supplier will promptly notify the Authority of any health and safety hazard which arises, or the Supplier is aware may arise, in connection with the Installation and Commissioning Services and take such steps as are reasonably necessary to ensure the health and safety of persons likely to be affected by such hazards.
Installation and Commissioning Services. (only applicable to the Contract if this box is checked) The Supplier shall provide the Installation and Commissioning Services in accordance with the terms set out in Schedule 7. Guidance: This Clause should be checked where Installation and Commissioning Services are required in connection with the Goods being supplied (to include when Installation and Commissioning Services are required in connection with any Maintenance Services to be provided by the Supplier). Where this Clause is checked, it is important that the project specific requirements of the Installation and Commissioning Services, such as any relevant timescales and KPIs, are set out as part of the Specification and Tender Response Document. Maintenance Services (only applicable to the Contract if this box is checked) The Supplier shall provide the Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms set out in Schedule 8.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.
