Installation and Management. Customer agrees that it will be responsible for installing, configuring, and managing the Software in accordance with the Documentation. Entrust will have no responsibility or liability for any impact to or failure of the Software resulting from Customer’s improper installation, configuration, and/or management.

In order to enable the production and management of Hashing Power, the User delegates the activity of installing and managing the Miner or portions thereof to the Company. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, Customer (or its sublicensee) will be responsible for the removal from the Colocation Space (and any other applicable portions of the Facility) of all packaging materials (including, but not limited to, all flammable materials) associated with the Customer Equipment or otherwise placed in the Colocation Space, will maintain the Colocation Space in good condition and in a clean, safe and orderly fashion and will comply with all of the Data Center Rules and Regulations. Customer (or its sublicensee) shall ensure that cables are properly installed and either enclosed in cable management trays or in clean bundles for proper presentation and identification.
