Installation and Operation. In the interests of safety and ensuring the integrity of the Service Provider's pre-existing facilities, the Embedded Network Operator must cooperate with the Service Provider to establish, in a timely manner, appropriate arrangements and procedures for the safe installation and operation of the Embedded Network Operator's facilities, and for the management of emergency situations involving those facilities and the Network.

In the interests of safety and ensuring the integrity of the Service Provider’s pre-existing facilities, the person seeking to establish the new Receipt Point must cooperate with the Service Provider to establish, in a timely manner, appropriate arrangements and procedures for the safe installation and operation of the facilities described above, and for the management of emergency situations involving those facilities and the Network.
Installation and Operation. Pegasus shall provide (i) documentation relating to the operation of the Software; and (ii) four (4) hours (including all telephone and non-telephone time) of customer service support to answer questions concerning the Software. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence and the UltraDirect Services Schedule, Pegasus shall have no obligation to provide services or support to Licensee relating to the Software, including without limitation any upgrades or enhancements to, or bug fixes for, the Software. Licensee and Pegasus agree that any action of Pegasus in providing upgrades, enhancements or bug fixes to Licensee shall not constitute a course of dealing, course of conduct or amendment to this XML Software License Agreement creating a future obligation to provide the same.
Installation and Operation. The Software may be operated only according to the scope and type of license stated your Receipt.
Installation and Operation. CloudWyze shall not be responsible for the operation or maintenance of any Customer Equipment unless specified in Exhibit A or an approved Change Order.

That information must be provided in a format that is compatible with Licensor’s information technology, including but not limited to ESRI compatible GIS shapefiles, which Licensor shall provide to Licensee upon request.

Tenant shall have the right to install mechanical equipment, including satellite dishes or other antennae for telecommunications (the “Equipment”) affixed to the roof or other portions of the Premises. Tenant will ensure that the Equipment will be maintained and operated in accordance with all local and building rules of construction and occupancy codes and shall be responsible for the repair of all damage to the Premises (including but not limited to the roof of the Premises) caused as a result of the installation of the Equipment, and Tenant’s maintenance, use, operation, and removal thereof. The Equipment is and shall remain the property of Tenant or Tenant’s assignee, transferee or sublessee, and Landlord and Tenant agree that the installation thereof at the Premises shall not cause the satellite dishes or other antennae for telecommunications to become a fixture pursuant to this Lease or by operation of law. Tenant shall be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the Equipment during the Term and its removal at the Expiration Date. Tenant may also install pay telephones, automatic teller machines and other electronic consumer service apparatus on the Premises.

(a) The installation and operation of LICENSEE's equipment shall not interfere electrically, or in any other manner whatsoever, with LICENSOR or with any other party operating and maintaining radio communications systems and equipment at the tower, and with LICENSOR's lighting system all as existing and operating as of the date hereof. Any provision in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, it is expressly understood and agreed that if the installation or operation of LICENSEE's equipment shall interfere with other radio communications systems and equipment all as existing and operating as of the date hereof, LICENSEE shall upon request (verbal or otherwise) within (48) hours suspend its operations and do whatever is necessary to eliminate or remedy such interference in a reasonable length of time which shall not exceed (10) days. LICENSEE will be allowed short periods of operation required for identification and elimination of the interference. If LICENSEE fails to eliminate or remedy such interference, LICENSOR may at its option with 48 hours written notice, eliminate or remedy such interference at LICENSEE's cost and expense or terminate the Agreement and disconnect LICENSEE's equipment.
(b) The installation and operation of LICENSOR's or future licensees' equipment shall not interfere electrically, or in any other manner whatsoever, with LICENSEE operating and maintaining radio communications systems and equipment at the tower, and with LICENSOR's lighting system all as existing and operating as of the date hereof.
