Planning and Coordination. Upon receipt of the ASR and fifty percent (50%) of the applicable NRCs, as set forth in Appendix G described in Section 6.1, associated with the ordered collocation services, GTE will:
(a) Schedule a meeting with Pathnet to determine engineering and network requirements.
(b) Initiate the necessary modifications to the wire center or access tandem to accommodate Pathnet's request.
(c) Work cooperatively with Pathnet to ensure that services are installed in accordance with the service requested. Pathnet is responsible for coordinating with GTE to ensure that services are installed in accordance with the ASR. Pathnet shall meet with GTE, if requested by GTE, to review design and work plans for installation of Pathnet's designated equipment within GTE premises. GTE and Pathnet must meet and begin implementation of the ASR within six (6) months of receipt of the collocation application form and engineering fee(s) set forth in Appendix G described in Section 6.1 or the identified space may be reclaimed and made available for use as provided in Section 5.6. Pathnet is responsible to have all cables and other equipment to be furnished by Pathnet ready for installation on the date scheduled. If Pathnet fails to notify GTE of a delay in the installation date, Pathnet will be subject to the appropriate additional labor charge set forth on Appendix G described in Section 6.1.
Planning and Coordination. This sub-factor measures a position’s responsibility for planning and coordinating activities affecting employees, volunteers, alumni, students, other universities/institutions and/or the public., and the effect of exercising these responsibilities. Planning is proactive while coordination is reacting and organizing in response to planning. Planning and coordinating may involve tasks, activities, programs, events, conferences, athletic meets, meetings and calendars. Responsibility for supervising the work or activities of others is considered in the sub-factor “Responsibility for Others.” 1 Planning and coordination are minimal. Order of tasks is generally set, but there may be an expectation to re-order some daily activities to address established priorities.
Planning and Coordination. 5.1 The Parties shall each exercise best reasonable efforts to coordinate construction work either may undertake within the Franchise Area so as to promote the orderly and expeditious performance and completion of such work as a whole. In so doing, the Parties shall undertake cooperative planning so as to promote the coordinated timing, location and prosecution of such work within the Franchise Area. Upon the request of either Party, but not more often than annually unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties, the Parties shall meet to discuss and coordinate future construction activities then being planned by either Party within the Franchise Area. Such discussions and coordination shall be for informational purposes only and shall not obligate either Party to undertake any specific improvements within the Franchise Area.
5.2 Pursuant to the Growth Management Act (GMA), chapter 36.70A RCW, the City is required to prepare and periodically update its Comprehensive Plan. RCW 36.70A.070 lists the mandatory elements that must be contained in the comprehensive plan, including a utilities element. Upon the reasonable request of the City, PSE agrees to participate in a cooperative effort with the City in updates to its utilities element to meet the GMA’s requirements, to the extent such information can be provided consistent with Law.
5.3 The Parties agree to cooperate in the planning and implementation of emergency operations response procedures. PSE will engage in the City emergency planning process at the reasonable request of the City; such participation shall be for informational purposes only and shall not obligate either party.
5.4 Upon written request from the City, PSE shall provide the City with the most recent update available of any plan of potential improvements to PSE's Facilities within the Franchise Area; provided, however, any such plan so submitted shall be for informational purposes only and shall not obligate PSE to undertake any specific improvements within the Franchise Area, nor shall such plan be construed as a proposal to undertake any specific improvements within the Franchise Area.
5.5 PSE shall provide to the City, upon the City's reasonable request, copies of available drawings in use by PSE showing the location of its Facilities within the Franchisee Area. Therefore, each agency hereby states its intention to coordinate plans to alter current levels of health related services that could affect the plans or operations of the other agency and to consider responses concerning potential impacts before changes are adopted.

NEWSOUTH shall meet with GTE, if requested by GTE, to review design and work plans for installation of NEWSOUTH's designated equipment within GTE premises. GTE and NEWSOUTH must meet and begin implementation of the ASR within six (6) months of receipt of the collocation application form and engineering fee(s) set forth in Appendix G described in Section 6.1 or the identified space may be reclaimed and made available for use as provided in Section 5.6. DMAS and VDH shall collaborate on an as needed basis to: • Resolve any problems or issues that may arise concerning the effectiveness of this process; and • Provide training as needed regarding new programs or services and existing programs. • Collaborate and coordinate on an ongoing basis with VDH on CSHCN issues, share resources, and disseminate information of mutual interest. • Provide an upper management liaison between DMAS and the Care Connection for Children (CCC) Inter- Center Work Group to: o Serve as a point of contact for regular communication between DMAS and CCC o Facilitate education so that CCC staff learns about Medicaid and FAMIS and DMAS staff learns about CCC o Participate in problem solving with CCC about CSHCN issues o Seek CCC input on DMAS policies related to CSHCN o Attend the CCC Inter-Center Work Group meeting a minimum of once per year • Communicate with the Medicaid Managed Care Organizations issues that impact CSHCNs. • Provide feedback to DMAS on the impact of managed care on CSHCN, managed care contracts, identification of CSHCN, quality assurance and other issues that impact CSHCN. • Collaborate and coordinate on an ongoing basis with DMAS on CSHCN issues, share resources, and disseminate information of mutual interest.
Planning and Coordination.
1. The SAF shall present an outline Concept of Training for the following year’s exercise at the Joint Australia-Singapore Co-ordination Group (JASINCG) in the year preceding the proposed training. The outline Concept of Training is to propose:
(a) dates for the exercise;
(b) weapon systems and their ammunition; and
(c) participating/training services and formations (including units and elements).
2. Subsequent to JASINCG, proposed dates for SAF training at SWBTA shall be mutually determined by the Parties. The dates made available by the Government of Australia shall be determined in accordance with Government of Australia procedures and shall be subject to the priorities of the ADOD and environmental considerations.
3. At the JASINCG preceding each year’s exercise, the ADOD shall advise of any areas of SWBTA that shall be unavailable for use by the SAF, and any other limitations that may pertain. If the constraints so identified for a particular year's deployment alter, the ADOD shall advise the SAF as soon as practicable. SAF training at SWBTA shall be conducted in accordance with the same rules, procedures and limitations applied to ADOD training activities at SWBTA. Details of such rules, procedures and limitations shall be provided to the SAF. SAF training at SWBTA shall not be undertaken unless compliance with these can be assured, to the satisfaction of the Government of Australia.
4. A detailed Concept of Training shall be submitted by the SAF to the ADOD one month prior to the Initial Planning Conference (IPC), which is to be held in Australia not less than six months prior to the commencement of the allocated period. The detailed Concept of Training shall include not less than the following:
(a) the dates for the exercise,
(b) participating/training services and formations (including units and elements),
(c) type and nature of live firing (including RADAR and LASER equipment),
(d) vehicles,
(e) equipment,
(f) weapon systems and their specific ammunition with detail of danger areas,
(g) personnel (including an indication of VIPs),
(h) manned and unmanned aircraft (including weapons fit (including LASER equipment)),
(i) exercise appointments:
i. safety appointments, ii. range appointments,

Aero is responsible to have all cables and other equipment to be furnished by Aero ready for installation on the date scheduled. If Aero fails to notify GTE of a delay in the installation date, Aero will be subject to the appropriate additional labor charge set forth on Appendix A described in Section 6.1.
