INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL. Show Management reserves the right to fix the time for the installation of a booth prior to the Show opening and for its removal after the conclusion of the Show. Installation of all exhibits must be fully completed by the opening time of the exposition. Any space not claimed and occupied three hours prior to opening, may be resold or reassigned without refund. No exhibitor will be allowed to dismantle or repack any part of his exhibit until after the closing of the Show.

INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL. Show Management has full discretion and authority over the placement, arrangement, and appearance of items which Exhibitor displays. Installation of all exhibits must be fully com- pleted at least one (1) hour prior to the opening time of the Show. If Exhibitor does not meet this deadline, Exhibitor will not be allowed to set up until two (2) hours prior to the next day’s Show hours. Any space not claimed by 9:00am, Wednesday, April 15, 2020 may be resold or reassigned by Show Management, without refund. All exhibit and booth materials must be removed by Noon, Friday, April 17, 2020. Show Management reserves the absolute right to inspect any items removed from the exhibit.

Any hazardous materials that are approved for use in the exhibit or toxic waste must be removed from the exhibit area during tear-down and cannot be abandoned in the LasVegas Convention Center. Disposal of such hazardous materials/toxic waste must comply with all laws of the City of LasVegas, Xxxxx County, the State of Nevada and the U.S. C. INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL. Tenant may install in the Premises its personal property (including Tenant's usual trade fixtures) in a proper manner, provided that no such installation will interfere with or damage the mechanical, plumbing or electrical systems or the structure of the Building, and provided further, that if such installation would require any change, addition or improvement to the Premises, such installation will be subject to Section 7.1. After this time, Show Management is hereby authorized to remove and discard, at Exhibitor’s sole expense, any material occupying exhibit space and Show Management shall not be liable to Exhibitor for any loss or damage as a result of said removal.
