INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL Sample Clauses
The INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for setting up and taking down equipment, materials, or structures related to the contract. It typically outlines who is responsible for the installation and subsequent removal, the standards or timelines to be followed, and any requirements for restoring the site to its original condition after removal. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations regarding the physical presence and eventual withdrawal of items, thereby preventing disputes over site condition, responsibility, or costs associated with these activities.
