INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL. The display shall be installed and removed by the Company and under its responsibility, after submission on time of the visual and/or campaign project by the Advertiser and/or its Agent. Layout change expenses are included in the contract during the active period of the contract. If the installation dates provided for in the contract coincide with a legal holiday or a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), the Company shall have an additional 48 hours to carry out said installation. If the installation has not taken place by the stipulated date for reasons not attributable to the Advertiser and/or to its Agent, the Company shall at its initiative provide the Advertiser a compensation after exceeding the given time. Said compensation may take the forms of an extension of the display period, or of a credit. The installation and removal of the “Experiential and Ambient” displays are carried out by the Company, under its responsibility, after submission of the visual and/or campaign project by the Advertiser and/or its Agent. The Company undertakes to do its utmost in order for, once the visual and/or campaign project has been approved, the installation to be carried out at the latest by the contract’s effective date. However, the buyer must be aware that this installation may be delayed pending safety conditions or gaining access to certain different areas (conditions required by the Licensor) and it shall not be entitled to hold the Company liable or to demand any compensation.

INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL. Show Management has full discretion and authority over the placement, arrangement, and appearance of items which Exhibitor displays. Installation of all exhibits must be fully com- pleted at least one (1) hour prior to the opening time of the Show. If Exhibitor does not meet this deadline, Exhibitor will not be allowed to set up until two (2) hours prior to the next day’s Show hours. Any space not claimed by 9:00am, Wednesday, April 15, 2020 may be resold or reassigned by Show Management, without refund. All exhibit and booth materials must be removed by Noon, Friday, April 17, 2020. Show Management reserves the absolute right to inspect any items removed from the exhibit.

INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL. Show Management reserves the right to fix the time for the installation of a booth prior to the Show opening and for its removal after the conclusion of the Show. Installation of all exhibits must be fully completed by the opening time of the exposition. Any space not claimed and occupied three hours prior to opening, may be resold or reassigned without refund. No exhibitor will be allowed to dismantle or repack any part of his exhibit until after the closing of the Show.

INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL. It is mutually agreed that it is the duty and responsibility of each exhibitor to install its exhibit before the opening of the exhibition and to dismantle his/her exhibit immediately after the exhibition’s close. Space Abandonment: Any space not claimed and occupied by 5:00 p.m. on the night before the Show opens may be resold or reassigned by Show Management without obligation on the part of AWFS for any refund whatsoever. B. Tear-Down: No exhibitor will be allowed to dismantle or pack any part of its exhibit until after the closing of the show. All display materials and exhibit contents which are not removed from the exhibit floor prior to the dismantlement cutoff as announced by Show Management will be removed at Exhibitor’s expense by the service contractor and discarded. Any hazardous materials that are approved for use in the exhibit or toxic waste must be removed from the exhibit area during tear-down and cannot be abandoned in the LasVegas Convention Center. Disposal of such hazardous materials/toxic waste must comply with all laws of the City of LasVegas, ▇▇▇▇▇ County, the State of Nevada and the U.S. C. Early Tear-Down: Exhibitor shall not initiate teardown or abandon its exhibit prior to official closing time on the last day. Violation of this

INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL. Tenant may install in the Premises its personal property (including Tenant's usual trade fixtures) in a proper manner, provided that no such installation will interfere with or damage the mechanical, plumbing or electrical systems or the structure of the Building, and provided further, that if such installation would require any change, addition or improvement to the Premises, such installation will be subject to Section 7.1. If no Default then exists, any such personal property installed in the Premises by Tenant (a) may be removed from the Premises from time to time in the ordinary course of Tenant's business or in the course of making any changes, additions or improvements to the Premises permitted under Section 7.1, and (b) will be removed by Tenant at the end of the Term according to Section 15. 1. Tenant will promptly repair at its expense any damage to the Building resulting from such installation or removal.

Artist shall be responsible for removal of the Sculpture from the Exhibition Site, and for transportation of the Sculpture away from the Exhibition Site All costs and expenses of transportation, delivery, installation and removal of the Sculpture shall be borne by the Artist. City may assist Artist with installation and removal of the Sculpture by providing a minimal workforce and equipment as agreed by City and Artist. City shall not seek reimbursement from Artist for any costs and expenses incurred by City should it decide to assist Artist with installation and removal of the Sculpture. In all cases, Artist shall obtain City’s approval of the date and time of installation and removal of the Sculpture. City shall have the right, but not the obligation, to supervise and/or assist in the installation and removal of the Sculpture.
