Installation by Qualified Person. The System must have been Installed by a “qualified person” as set forth in section 1-56(i) of the Illinois Power Agency Act (20 ILCS 3855/1-56(i)). The System if constructed in a manner inconsistent with this provision shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.
