Installation, Modification and Relocation Clause Samples
The 'Installation, Modification and Relocation' clause defines the rights and responsibilities of the parties regarding the setup, alteration, or movement of equipment, fixtures, or systems within a property or project. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for requesting and approving such changes, specifies who bears the costs, and may set standards for workmanship or restoration. For example, it might require a tenant to obtain landlord approval before installing new wiring or moving heavy machinery. The core function of this clause is to ensure that any changes to the premises are managed in an orderly manner, protecting the interests of both parties and maintaining the integrity of the property.
