Common use of Installation of Trade Fixtures Clause in Contracts

Installation of Trade Fixtures. Subject to the provisions of Article 5 (Use and Compliance with Laws) and the other provisions of this Article 6, Tenant may install and maintain furnishings, equipment, movable partitions, business equipment and other trade fixtures (“Trade Fixtures”) in the Premises, provided that the Trade Fixtures do not become an integral part of the Premises or the Building. Tenant shall promptly repair any damage to the Premises or the Building caused by any installation or removal of such Trade Fixtures.
