KEPT IN GOOD REPAIR The Joint Venturers will at all times keep and maintain in good repair and working order and where necessary replace all such works installations plant machinery and equipment railways wharfs roads (other than public roads unless and to the extent otherwise provided herein) and water and power supplies for the time being the subject of this Agreement.
