Common use of Installment Billing Transactions Clause in Contracts

Installment Billing Transactions. If Merchant is so permitted by Processor or Merchant Bank, Merchant may offer Cardholders involved in Electronic Commerce Transactions or mail order/telephone order Transactions an Installment Billing Transaction option. If Merchant offers an Installment Billing Option, Merchant must comply with the requirements set forth in the Operating Rules, including without limitation, those set forth in the Visa Operating Rules.
