Except as provided in Sections 1(b), 1(c) and 1(d), the option will be exercisable through the tenth anniversary of the Option Date based on the following table. 1st anniversary of the Option Date 25% 2nd anniversary of the Option Date 50% 3rd anniversary of the Option Date 75% 4th anniversary of the Option Date 100%
