Institution Insurance. Institution, to the extent required by law, shall maintain in full force and effect throughout the performance of the Study applicable insurance in amounts appropriate to cover its liability for any damage which may be caused as a result of fault or negligence of any Institution professional involved in the performance of the Study. Institution shall provide Sponsor proof of insurance upon request.
Institution Insurance. Institution has and will maintain the insurance in accordance to § 45 prov. 2 letter n) of Act no. 372/2011 Coll, on Medical Services as amended, necessary to cover Institution’s, Investigator’s and the Trial Staff obligations in providing any medical services. Institution will provide evidence of such insurance upon request by Sponsor or its designee.

Institution Insurance. Institution represents and warrants that it possesses insurance or otherwise sufficient financial resources to meet its obligations under this Agreement and under applicable local law. Institution possesses professional malpractice insurance not covering clinical trail libility insurance.
Institution Insurance. Institution agrees to maintain professional and general liability insurance, with coverage limits for each type of policy that are commensurate with those of organizations in the country where the Institution operates that are engaged in activities similar to those of said Institution. Coverage will apply to its employees, agents, and servants with an insurance carrier acceptable to the University. Institution shall furnish the Department of Graduate Medical Education in the College of Medicine at the University of Illinois Chicago with a certificate of insurance or other written document reasonably satisfactory to the University as evidence of its insurance coverage in full force and effect. Institution shall send evidence of insurance coverage to the Department of Graduate Medical Education in the College of Medicine at the University of Illinois Chicago prior to the beginning of the resident placement.
Institution Insurance. Institution and Principal Investigator will maintain, during the term of all obligations hereunder, and notwithstanding termination or expiry of this Agreement, an adequate level of medical liability insurance and general commercial liability insurance, or coverage
Institution Insurance. Institution has and will maintain an insurance agreement according to par. 45 prov. 2 letter n) of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on Medical Services for medical services for damage to the health related to providing medical services.
Institution Insurance. Institution participates in the State Risk Management Trust Fund administered by the Department of Financial Services, Division of Risk Management of the State of Florida, for worker’s compensations, general liability and fleet automobile liability insurance. The program provides financial protection for bodily and personal injury and property damage arising from the operations of the Institution. The combined limits for general liability and fleet automobile liability coverage amount to $200,000 per person per claim and $300,000 per occurrence. Nothing herein will be construed as a waiver of the sovereign immunity of the Institution, the State of Florida, and their agents and agencies beyond the waiver provided in Section 768.28, Florida Statutes.
Institution Insurance. Institution represents and warrants that it has and shall maintain, insurance sufficient to support the liability obligations assumed herein. Institution and Investigator shall provide Rigel with certificates of insurance upon request. Institution shall maintain such policies during the term of this Agreement, and, if such policy is on a claims-made basis, for three (3) years after expiration or termination of this Agreement. Institution shall provide written notice to Rigel thirty (30) days prior to any change or cancellation in coverage.
Institution Insurance. Institution represents that it has (i) comprehensive general liability, worker’s compensation and employer liability insurance which it will maintain during the term of this Agreement; and (ii) professional liability insurance which it will maintain during the term of this Agreement and for at least three (3) years thereafter; in each case, in amounts sufficient to pay all claims arising from Institution’s, Investigator’s, and other Registry Personnel’s conduct of the Registry. Institution will provide written evidence of such insurance to Agios upon request and notify Agios of any cancellation of such insurance.
