Common use of Institution of Legal Actions Clause in Contracts

Institution of Legal Actions. Any legal actions instituted pursuant to this Agreement must be filed in the county of Maricopa, State of Arizona, or in the Federal District Court in the District of Arizona. In any legal action, the prevailing party in such action will be entitled to reimbursement by the other party for all costs and expenses of such action, including reasonable attorneys' fees as may be fixed by the Court.
