Institution Surrender Election. The Issuer’s designation of a financial institution(s) to which the Notes may be submitted for a Financial Institution Surrender does not require such institution to accept any Notes. The Issuer may, but will not be obligated to, enter into a separate agreement with any designated financial institution that would compensate it for any such transaction.
