Common use of Institutional or Individual Clause in Contracts

Institutional or Individual. A person who has delivered an Opt-Out Notice will be considered as an "Institutional" if such person is a generally accepted institutional investor, such as but not limited to, a pension fund, insurance company, hedge fund, other financial institution. If this is not the case, then such person will be considered an "Individual".
