Instruction Letter; Loan Documents. Each representation and warranty and all information set forth in any Instruction Letter and/or any of the Loan Documents (as defined below) and/or any other document submitted in connection with, or to induce Lender to enter into, such Promissory Note is correct in all material respects as of the date of such Promissory Note.
