Instruction to Intercreditor Agent. Any Senior Creditor Group Representative may deliver an instruction to the Intercreditor Agent to deliver a certificate stating that any Loan Facility Event of Default has occurred and Requisite Intercreditor Parties may deliver an instruction to the Intercreditor Agent to deliver a Cessation Notice; provided that in the case of a Loan Facility Event of Default that arises solely under an individual Facility Agreement, such instruction to declare a Loan Facility Event of Default or a cessation of a Loan Facility Event of Default to the Intercreditor Agent may be given only by the Senior Creditor Group Representative representing the Facility Lenders under such Facility Agreement (and not any other Senior Creditor Group Representatives).
