Instruction to Paying Agent. With respect to each Distribution Date, the Trustee will instruct the Paying Agent to distribute to Holders as of the immediately preceding Record Date, in immediately available funds, the Certificate Distribution Amount (or if sufficient funds are not available, as much as is available), in accordance with the respective Undivided Beneficial Interests of the Holders.
