Instructions and persons authorised to issue instructions. 4.1 The Client or an authorised representative shall issue all instructions in text form (in writing by email). If oral instructions are issued in exceptional cases, the Client will immediately confirm this with email. 4.2 To the extent that instructions or directives under this Agreement are to be made to the other Party, these must be addressed to the persons named in Appendix 2.
