Instructions Appearing to be Genuine. The Custodian and all Domestic Subcustodians shall be fully protected and indemnified in acting as a custodian hereunder upon any Resolutions of the Board of Trustees, Instructions, Special Instructions, advice, notice, request, consent, certificate, instrument or paper appearing to it to be genuine and to have been properly executed and shall, unless otherwise specifically provided herein, be entitled to receive as conclusive proof of any fact or matter required to be ascertained from the Company hereunder a certificate signed by any officer of the Company authorized to countersign or confirm Special Instructions. The Custodian shall have no liability for any losses, damages or expenses incurred by the Company arising from the use of a non-secure form of email or other non-secure electronic system or process.
