Common use of Instructions as to Withdrawals and Payments Clause in Contracts

Instructions as to Withdrawals and Payments. HVF will furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee or the Paying Agent, as applicable, written instructions to make withdrawals and payments from the Collection Account, any HVF Exchange Account and any other accounts specified in a Series Supplement and to make drawings under any Enhancement, as contemplated herein and in any Series Supplement. The Trustee and the Paying Agent shall promptly follow any such written instructions.

Instructions as to Withdrawals and Payments.
