Common use of Instructions as to Withdrawals and Payments Clause in Contracts

Instructions as to Withdrawals and Payments. HVF II will furnish, or cause to be furnished, to the Trustee or the Paying Agent, as applicable, written instructions to make withdrawals and payments from the Group II Collection Account and any other accounts specified in a Group II Series Supplement and to make drawings under any Group II Series Enhancement, as contemplated herein and in any Group II Series Supplement. The Trustee and the Paying Agent shall promptly follow any such written instructions.
