Instructions for Fund Usage. For the Settlor's instructions on the scope or method of the use of the trust funds, the Settlor's personal login information, retention of seals, and instruction on changes of other items, they shall be made in the form of writing, telephone, computer internet, other automated equipment and other agreed methods (hereinafter referred to as the“methods prescribed by the Trustee”). When the Settlor instructs the Trustee in writing for fund usage or other matters, the Settlor should use the seal retained at the Trustee and fill out the related application documents per the requirement of the Trustee. The transaction instructions made by the Settlor within the business hours of the Trustee's business day cannot be cancelled after the Trustee confirms the execution unless the Trustee agrees to the cancellation.
