Instructions for Required Minimum Distributions. The Custodian shall make Required Minimum Distributions under this Article V only upon the Instruction of the Participant. The Custodian shall not be responsible for determining the timing or amount of any Required Minimum Distribution. The Custodian will calculate the Required Minimum Distribution at the request of the Participant, based upon information supplied by the Participant, and shall have no duty or responsibility to verify the accuracy of any information supplied by the Participant.
