Instructions from Administrator Clause Samples
The "Instructions from Administrator" clause establishes that the administrator has the authority to issue directions or instructions that must be followed by the parties involved in the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the administrator's power, such as providing operational guidance, clarifying procedures, or resolving ambiguities in the contract's execution. Its core practical function is to ensure that there is a clear, centralized point of authority for decision-making and guidance, which helps maintain order and consistency in the administration of the agreement.
