Common use of Instructions, Information and Data Clause in Contracts

Instructions, Information and Data. The Plan Sponsor will provide MassMutual with all necessary instructions, information and data in a timely fashion and in good order. What information or data is required in a given situation is described by this Agreement, the Exhibits, the Plan Administrator’s Guide, or as otherwise communicated by MassMutual. The Plan Sponsor must immediately notify MassMutual if the Plan Sponsor believes MassMutual has not properly processed instructions.
