Instructions, Notices or Communications. Except as specifically otherwise provided in this Agreement, all instructions, notices or other communications may be oral or written (and for the avoidance of doubt, notification by facsimile or email to a fax number or email address provided by either party to the other for such purpose shall be deemed written notice). Customer hereby waives any defense that such instruction, notice, or communication was not in writing. All oral instructions, unless custom and usage of trade dictate otherwise, shall be promptly confirmed in writing.
