Common use of Instructions to Agents and Obligors Clause in Contracts

Instructions to Agents and Obligors. Subject to Section 6.04(d), the Servicer shall direct, or shall cause the Originator to direct, any agent or administrative agent for any Loan Asset to remit all payments and collections with respect to such Loan Asset, and, if applicable, to direct the Obligor with respect to such Loan Asset to remit all such payments and collections with respect to such Loan Asset directly to the Collection Account (or, with respect to assets denominated in an Eligible Currency other than Dollars, the applicable Eligible Currency Account). The Servicer shall take steps consistent with the Servicing Standard to ensure, and shall cause the Originator to take commercially reasonable steps to ensure, that only funds constituting payments and collections relating to Loan Assets shall be deposited into the Collection Account.
