Instructions to Agents and Obligors. The Servicer shall direct any agent or administrative agent for any Loan to remit all payments and collections with respect to such Loan, and, if applicable, to direct the Obligor with respect to such Loan to remit all such payments and collections with respect to such Loan directly to the Collection Account. The Borrower and the Servicer shall take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that only funds constituting payments and collections relating to Loans shall be deposited into the Collection Account.
