Instructions to Foreign Custodians. Any Securities in a Custody Account deposited by the Custodian with a foreign custodian or non-U.S. depository or clearing agency will be subject only to the instructions of the Custodian or its agents; and any foreign investments held in a non-U.S. depository or clearing agency for the account of a foreign custodian will be subject only to the instructions of such foreign custodian as Subcustodian for the Custodian.
