Common use of Instructions to Obligors Clause in Contracts

Instructions to Obligors. No Loan Party will make any change, or permit the Servicer to make any change, in its instructions to Obligors (solely with respect to non-agented Loan Assets), agent banks or administrative agents on the Loan Assets regarding payments to be made with respect to the Collateral to the Collection Account (or, with respect to assets denominated in an Eligible Currency other than Dollars, the applicable Eligible Currency Account), unless the Administrative Agent has consented to such change. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Securitization Subsidiary may notify administrative or payment agents of any change in payment instructions necessary to close a Securitization.
