Common use of Instructions to RLDC and SLDC Clause in Contracts

Instructions to RLDC and SLDC. 17.4.1 The Aggregator shall, prior to the Appointed Date, furnish a certified true copy of this Agreement to the RLDC and SLDC and obtain a receipt thereof. By furnishing such copy hereunder, the Aggregator shall be deemed to have given irrevocable instructions and authority to the RLDC and SLDC to follow the instructions of the Utility in accordance with the provisions of this Article 17. The Aggregator agrees and undertakes that it shall not in any manner challenge or revoke the provisions of this Article 16 or in any manner prevent the Utility, RLDC or SLDC from giving effect thereto.
