Instructions to the Obligors. The Originator shall instruct all Obligors to cause all Collections to be deposited directly to a Lock-Box Account or to post office boxes to which only Lock-Box Banks have access and shall cause all items and amounts relating to such Collections received in such post office boxes to be removed by the applicable Lock-Box Bank and deposited into a Lock-Box Account on a daily basis.
