The Security agency shall provide extra security personnel as desired by TCMPF Limited at the place required on 24 hours notice. Noted and agreed to the above 2.5. The tenderer is specifically informed that all the pages in both Part I- Technical Bid and Part II-Commercial Bid should be signed at the bottom of each page without any omission by the Tenderer/their authorized signatory with name and seal of the firm in token of acceptance of the contents there above. 2.7. The tenderer who are downloading the document from the website are instructed to look for any corrigendum after the date of pre bid meeting, for any amendments if any issued. They are advised to download the above amendments and enclose it without fail along with the technical bid document, duly authenticating.
