Common use of Instructors and Instruction Clause in Contracts

Instructors and Instruction. A. College will ensure that School District instructors teaching Dual Enrollment Courses have valid College teaching qualifications in the field being taught and are selected and evaluated by College using the same procedure and criteria that are used for instructors at College campus. B. If College is providing the instructor for a Dual Enrollment Course, College will provide at College’s expense a substitute instructor, as necessary and as agreed upon by School District, to cover the absence of any College instructor teaching a Dual Enrollment Course.
