Instrument Legend; Amendments. Any instrument or certificate evidencing any of the Preferred Stock, or any portion thereof, will be inscribed with a legend conspicuously indicating that payment thereof is subject to the terms of this Agreement, and a copy thereof will be delivered to Agent.
