Common use of Instruments of Further Assurance Clause in Contracts

Instruments of Further Assurance. The Company will, upon reasonable request of the Trustees, execute, acknowledge, and deliver such further instruments and do such further acts as may be necessary or proper to carry out effectively the purposes of this Agreement, to confirm or effectuate the transfer to the Trustees of any property intended to be covered hereby, and to vest in the Trustees and their successors and assigns, the estate, powers, instruments or funds in trust hereunder.

Instruments of Further Assurance. The Company and such persons as shall have the right and power will, upon reasonable request of the TrusteesTrustee, execute, acknowledge, and deliver such further instruments and do such further acts as may be necessary or proper to more effectively carry out effectively the purposes of this Agreement, to confirm or effectuate the transfer to the Trustees of any property intended to be covered hereby, and to vest in the Trustees and their successors Trustee, his successor and assigns, the estate, powers, instruments instruments, or funds in trust Trust hereunder.
