Insufficient Amount in Capital Replacement and Repair Reserve Fund. If Borrower requests disbursement from the Capital Replacement and Repair Reserve Fund for a Capital Replacement or a Priority Repair (including PR-90 Repairs) in an amount that exceeds the amount on deposit in the Capital Replacement and Repair Reserve Fund, then Lender will disburse to Borrower only the amount on deposit in the Capital Replacement and Repair Reserve Fund. Borrower will pay all additional amounts required in connection with any such Capital Replacement or Priority Repair from Borrower’s own funds.
