Insufficient Proceeds. If the proceeds of any insurance settlement are not sufficient to pay the costs of Tenant's repair, rebuilding or restoration under Section 9.4 in full, Tenant shall deposit with Landlord at Landlord's option, and within 10 days of Landlord's request, an amount sufficient in Landlord's reasonable judgment to complete such repair, rebuilding or restoration.
