Insufficient Quantities. In the event that a Party determines that there are insufficient quantities of the Corvus Molecule or the Genentech Molecule to reach Study Completion, such Party shall promptly provide written notice to the other Party, including what quantities of its Molecule, if any, are available for the Study.
