Insurance Advisor's Report. The Administrative Agent shall have received, with a copy for each Lender (i) a report of the Insurance Advisor, dated as of the Closing Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and (ii) a certificate of the Insurance Advisor, setting forth the types and amounts of insurance obtained by the Contractor and the risks covered thereby.
