Common use of Insurance affected Clause in Contracts

Insurance affected. 7.4.1 The Lessee must not do anything which may: 7.4.1.1 prejudice any insurance of the Premises or the Building; or 7.4.1.2 increase the premium for that insurance. 7.4.2 If the Lessee does anything (with or without the Council’s consent) that increases the premium of any insurance the Council has in connection with the Premises or the Building, the Lessee must on demand pay the amount of that increase to the Council.
