Common use of Insurance and AMC excess Clause in Contracts

Insurance and AMC excess. The CLIENT shall be liable for all the AMC and insurance excess, i.e., in case of a damage to the Asset(s) {E-Cars, Charging Stations and all related accessories} and there being a difference between the cost incurred on repairs as against the claim amount received from the insurer and the CLIENT shall be bound to pay the differential amount without making ANERT/EESL responsible for the same.
