Common use of Insurance and Fire Prevention Clause in Contracts

Insurance and Fire Prevention. (a) Not to do any thing whereby any policy of insurance on the Premises and/or the Development against damage by fire and other risks or against claims by third parties may become void or voidable or whereby the rate of premium for any such policy may be increased and to repay to Party A on demand all sums paid by Party A by way of increased premium or otherwise rendered necessary by a breach of this Article;
