Insurance Company's Disclaimers. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Insurance Company makes no representation as to the authority of the Owner to enter into or perform under this Contract or as to the legal or tax implications of this Contract for the Owner or any other person or entity. In performing its obligations hereunder, the Insurance Company is not acting as a fiduciary, agent or other advisor or representative for the Trust or any other person or entity with respect to this Contract.
