Insurance Documentation. The Borrower will promptly provide to the Security Agent copies of all cover notes and policies (including endorsements) issued from time to time in relation to each insurance, and of all changes requested or effected thereto, and, if so requested by the Security Agent, of placing slips and all documents disclosed or disclosable to the insurers of each insurance and relating to claims notified or notifiable to insurers or the insurance brokers. In addition, the Borrower will promptly deliver to the Security Agent the originals of all policies (including endorsements) and placing slips.
Insurance Documentation. Insurance documentation must be signed by a person authorized by that insurer to bind coverage on its behalf, and shall be submitted to Riverside Superior Court, Attn: Contract/Agreement Administrator-Executive Offices, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000.
Insurance Documentation. To the extent third party insurance is obtained or maintained pursuant to Section 22.1, FIS shall, within ten (10) days of commencing work, furnish to FNT certificates of insurance or other appropriate documentation (including evidence of renewal of insurance) evidencing all coverage referenced in Section 22.1 and naming FNT as an additional insured on those policies described in Section 22.1(c) and (d) above. Such certificates or other documentation shall include a provision whereby thirty (30) days' notice must be received by FNT prior to coverage cancellation or material alteration of the coverage by either FIS or any FIS Subcontractors performing Services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or the applicable insurer. If reasonably requested by FNT, certified copies of any or all of the actual policies of insurance required hereunder shall be provided to FNT.

Such certificates or other documentation shall include a provision whereby thirty (30) days’ notice must be received by FNF prior to coverage cancellation, as per current standard XXXXX certification by either LPS or any LPS Subcontractors performing Services pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or the applicable insurer.
Insurance Documentation. Supplier Party shall, upon Customer Party's request, furnish to Customer Party certificates of insurance evidencing all coverage referenced in Section 24.01 and, if and to the extent applicable, naming Customer Party as an additional insured. Such certificates shall include a provision whereby the insurers will endeavor to provide 30 days' notice to Customer Party prior to coverage cancellation by either Supplier Party or the applicable insurer. Such cancellation shall not relieve Supplier Party of its continuing obligation to maintain insurance coverage in accordance with this Article.
Insurance Documentation. On or before the Effective Date of the Order, and annually thereafter upon expiration, Supplier, and if applicable its Subcontractor, will furnish to VGCA certificates of insurance and other appropriate documentation (including endorsements as required to bind the insurers) evidencing all coverage referenced in this Article. Such certificates or other documentation will include a provision under which the applicable insurer will give at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to VGCA before limits or scopes of coverage are materially altered or insurance is cancelled or non-renewed. Supplier also will require by contract that each Subcontractor furnish such certificates and other appropriate documentation to VGCA and that the certificates or other appropriate documentation include a provision under which the applicable insurer will give at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to VGCA before limits or scopes of coverage are materially altered or insurance is cancelled or non-renewed. Without limiting any of the rights and remedies available to VGCA, it shall be a condition precedent to VGCA's obligation to pay Supplier that Supplier shall have timely provided the certificates or certified copies of insurance policies as required herein. In addition, Supplier will promptly advise VGCA in writing if it becomes aware that required limits or scopes of coverage are materially altered or that required insurance is cancelled or non-renewed.
Insurance Documentation a. Contractor shall provide certificates of insurance with original endorsements to the City as evidence of the insurance coverage required herein. Certificates of such insurance shall be filed with the City on or before commencement of performance of this Agreement. Contractor shall ensure that the most current certification of insurance shall be delivered to and retained by the City at all times until expiration of the term of this Agreement as defined in Section 9. b. Notwithstanding any inconsistent statement in any required insurance policies or any subsequent endorsements attached thereto, the comprehensive general liability and commercial vehicle liability policies shall bear endorsements whereby it is provided that the City, and its officers, employees, servants, volunteers, agents and independent contractors are named as additional insureds. Additional insureds shall be entitled to the full benefit of all insurance policies in the same manner and to the same extent as any other insureds and there shall be no limitation to the benefits conferred upon them other than policy limits to coverages. c. Contractor shall require the carriers of all required insurance policies to waive all rights of subrogation against the City, and their officers, employees, servants, volunteers, agents and independent contractors. d. Each policy required herein must be endorsed to provide that the policy shall not be cancelled or non-renewed by either party, or reduced in coverage or limits (except by paid claims) unless the insurer has provided the City with at least thirty (30) days prior written notice of said cancellation, non-renewal, or reduction, with the exception that only ten (10) days prior written notice shall be required in the event of cancellation for nonpayment of premium. e. All insurance policies required to be provided by Contractor or any other party must be endorsed to provide that the policies shall apply on a primary and noncontributing basis in relation to any insurance or self-insurance, primary or excess, maintained or available to the City, and their officers, employees, servants, volunteers, agents and independent contractors.
Insurance Documentation. To the extent third party insurance is obtained or maintained pursuant to Section 9.1, Virtusa shall, upon Metavante’s request, furnish to Metavante certificates of insurance or other appropriate documentation (including evidence of renewal of insurance) evidencing all coverages referenced in Section 9.1 and, if and to the extent applicable, naming Metavante as an additional insured. Such certificates or other documentation shall include a provision whereby 30 days’ notice must be received by Metavante prior to coverage cancellation or material alteration of the coverage by either Virtusa or Virtusa Agents or the applicable insurer. Such cancellation or material alteration shall not relieve Virtusa of its continuing obligation to maintain insurance coverage in accordance with this Article.
Insurance Documentation. The Trustee may, but not more than once in any twelve-month period, request from the Company and the Company shall promptly thereafter furnish to the Trustee an Officers’ Certificate setting forth all insurance maintained by the Company pursuant to this Section 5.5 and describing such policies, if any, including the amounts of coverage, any deductible amounts, the names of the insurance providers and a general description of each such policy’s terms.
