Finance Documents. Where any other Finance Document provides that this clause 1.4 shall apply to that Finance Document, any other provision of this Agreement which, by its terms, purports to apply to all or any of the Finance Documents and/or any Obligor shall apply to that Finance Document as if set out in it but with all necessary changes.
Finance Documents. A duly executed original of this Agreement.
Finance Documents. Unless otherwise expressly provided in any Finance Document or otherwise expressly agreed between a Lender and any proposed transferee and notified by that Lender to the Agent on or before the relevant Transfer Date, there shall automatically be assigned to the transferee with any transfer of a Lender’s rights and obligations under or pursuant to this Agreement the rights of that Lender under or pursuant to the Finance Documents (other than this Agreement) which relate to the portion of that Lender’s rights and obligations transferred by the relevant Transfer Certificate.
Finance Documents. Originals of each of the following Finance Documents duly entered into by the parties thereto:
Finance Documents. (a) This Agreement executed by each member of the Group who is a party to this Agreement.
(b) The Fee Letters executed by the Company.
(c) The Hedging Letter.
Finance Documents. Other than as Disclosed in the Existing Financial Statements, there are no loans, guarantees, Encumbrances or unusual liabilities given, made or incurred by or on behalf of any Group Member (and, in particular but without limiting the foregoing, no loans have been made by or on behalf of any Group Member to any directors or shareholders of any Group Member) and no Person has given any guarantee of or security for any overdraft, loan or loan facility granted to any Group Member.
Finance Documents. The copies of the Finance Documents which it has delivered to the Bank are true, correct and complete copies of those documents.
Finance Documents. This Agreement duly executed by the parties thereto.
Finance Documents this Agreement and each Fee Letter, in each case duly executed by each of the parties hereto and thereto;
Finance Documents. 3.1 A duly executed original of any Finance Document not otherwise referred to in this Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent).
3.2 A duly executed original of any other document required to be delivered by each Finance Document if not otherwise referred to this Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent).
