Insurance for Indemnities. The insurance referred to in Article 17.1 will in each case include and insure (to the extent of the risks covered by the policies) the indemnity provisions of Article 16 and LESSEE will maintain such insurance of the indemnities for a minimum of two (2) years following the Termination Date.
